A Nandi Award winner for his paintings featured in the Ramayana telefilm on DD. He also the inventor of “Fusion Painting,” an art form where he combine music, dance, and Vedic elements with painting to create a unique visual and emotional performance. As a modern surrealist, he enjoys experimenting with ideas, forms, and styles that challenge imagination.
He serves as the Asthana chitrakara of Sri Datta Peetham, Mysore, and he widely recognized for his fusion painting performances on SVBC Channel (TTD). His journey has brought his several national and international awards, along with opportunities to support the art community as a social worker for painting and cultural activities.
Besides painting,
He passionate about poetry and story writing in Telugu, with many of my stories published in well-known magazines. He run a fun coffee-themed cartoon series on Facebook, where he connect with audiences through humor and creativity.
Kuchi created Gatra-Chitra Sammelanam, a unique fusion of painting and Carnatic music, inspired by Telugu poetry and kritis of Tyagaraja, Muthuswamy Deekshithar, and Annamacharya.
Kuchi visually interprets kriti scripts as traditional paintings, complementing music that brings the soul to life.

Kuchi’s Gatra-Chitra Sammelanam is a unique and innovative blend of painting and Carnatic music. Coming from a musical family and armed with deep knowledge of Telugu poetry, he extensively studied the scripts of Carnatic kritis by Saint Tyagaraja, Sri Muthuswamy Deekshithar, and Annamacharya. This led him to discover the profound connection between visual art and music. In his performances, he transforms the kriti scripts into traditional paintings, while singers bring the music’s soul to life. His creative approach has earned him widespread recognition across India, with shows held in cities such as New Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Vishakapatnam.
